Next 27 and 28 from the United Farm Workers of Castilla y León Zamora have organized a conference meeting of organic producers, in order to meet the new regulation on organic agriculture and livestock (Regulation EC 834/2007) that enter into force on January 1, 2009, repealing the current regulation.
is important to understand the changes that are introduced in this new regulation as well as raise the disagreements we see from the productive sectors. Also take advantage of this meeting to learn about different initiatives in the creation of cooperatives of organic producers, presenting different cooperative experiences, Castilla y León, Valencia and Catalonia. This conference will serve as a meeting of organic producers from different locations to share our experiences and our inquietudes.Esperamos forward to seeing you all in Zamora.
